The Trilogy Solo Exhibition House of Lords

Exhibition at the House of Lords in Westminster, hosted by Professor the Lord Alton of Liverpool, The work highlights the stark contrast between the idyllic beauty of Mombasa’s white beaches and the harsh realities faced by its vulnerable children suffering from malaria and other treatable illnesses. While some view the region solely as a tourist destination, the exploitation and desperation of a young population, often orphaned at a young age is emphasized. By raising awareness of these overlooked societal issues in Kenya and beyond, striving to convey how people perceive the same situations differently, urging a deeper understanding of the exploitation occurring beneath the surface.

Cathedral Foodbank, London
To meet the demand of Ukrainian refugees requesting help, I was a Co-founder of the Cathedral Foodbank in the West End of London, 2022. In excess of 2,200 food boxes were distributed within the first two years. Helped to organise seed capital and 100% funding from the business and charity sectors.

With the feeling of being perpetually trapped in a race against time, caught between meetings and appointments, with a disdain for its constraints. This struggle emphasises frustration with the relentless demands of the world, presenting separated parts of 50 old clocks, which remain disassembled and unable to function again so time does not exist.
Portfolio B
The theme of this set of drawings is centered on freedom through creativity, allowing people from ‘different walks of life’ to express their character and identity through the shoes they wear. This selection features 13 of the 16 drawings, each measuring 48 cm x 85.5 cm, capturing the impressions of different individuals’ footwear.
